Wilsons Promontory is a national park on the southernmost tip of Victoria. It is a good place for a day trip, if you live locally, or for camping. This particular spot is where Tidal River meets Bass Strait at Norman Beach. It's a favourite for parents with young children, with safe swimming and paddling at Tidal River and manageable waves along the beach. If you look closely, you will see Skull Island on the horizon to the right.
