I drove down to the South Coast on a whim to shoot Astrophotography at Bombo Quarry, staying at a hastily arranged AirBnB. The next morning I dragged myself out of bed for this nearby location, despite having only had a few hours sleep. When I got there another photographer already had the best spot, and I could only hope he would move, but he wasn't budging. Finally he took a break, giving me a nod as he swapped lenses. After all that effort, I had a less than a minute to set my tripod and get this shot!
